A healthy home
So, what are the ideal temperatures and humidity levels to maintain in a home?
To feel comfortable at home, it is advisable to live in a house or apartment where the temperature is 19 °C in the living room, dining room, and bedroom (except for baby's room, which can be between 19 °C and 21 °C). It can go up to 21 or 22 °C in the bathroom. And regarding the humidity level, European standards are between 30 and 70% humidity.
