For optimal installation, position the two pads on your clothes before putting them on. Remove the two protective backings from the pads. The pads are self-adhesive and are positioned directly on your clothes, at the junction with the sleeve. The smaller part goes on the sleeve side and the larger part along the torso!

Of course, you can use them with your usual deodorant. Our pads are for single use, so be sure to discard them after each use. It is possible to cut them to adjust them to your convenience. They are suitable for both men and women, of all ages!
