📈 How to use them?
The thermometer - Point it at your forehead and press the single button. Once the temperature is taken, you will hear a "beep". On the LCD screen, three colors: green (normal, no fever), orange (caution, close to a feverish state), and red (feverish state above 38°). Also, you can record up to 32 data points, which can be useful for tracking and monitoring temperature changes in a baby, for example.
The oximeter - Place the oximeter on a flat surface, place your right or left index finger on the sensor, and turn on the device by pressing the single button. To understand the results for oxygen level, it is indicated as a percentage (SpO2). The normal O2 saturation is between 95 and 100%. And the heart rate is indicated in beats per minute (BPM). A normal pulse is between 55 and 85 BPM in a resting adult.
